Terms & Conditions Specific to Readings
Due to high demand Kathy can only book clients 3 months in advance and asks that you contact her to check availability.
Readings will be on a Monday and Wednesday between 10am and 6pm only. The reading can be by Zoom or In-Person.
Once an appointment has been confirmed, a £30 non-refundable deposit is required by Bank Transfer within 48 hours.
If client confirmation is not received within this period Kathy reserves the right to release the appointment.
The balance payment is required 48 hours prior to the appointment time by Bank Transfer, failure to pay the balance in this time period will result in the appointment time being released and the deposit withheld.
If you miss the allocated appointment time Kathy reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Kathy is spiritualist medium, and works clairvoyantly, clairsentient and clairaudient.
You must read the following and only proceed with booking a reading if you agree to the terms and conditions of a psychic and spiritual reading with Kathy.
You must be 18 or over to participate in a reading with Kathy.
If you under any Medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in a psychic and spiritual reading Kathy will need to evaluate and discuss whether the reading can continue.
Kathy reserves the right to terminate the reading at any time if:
She feels a connection with a client has not been achieved.
She feels that the client is not psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause harm to the client.
If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.
No fee will be paid if Kathy terminates a reading.
All information given by Kathy is given on the understanding that nothing is 100%. Especially the subtle vibrations of psychic and spiritual connections where you have free will to change your path and outcomes.
The client will take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, predictions and spiritual communication. All information is given for the client to use of his or her own free will.

Kathy offers a recording of all Zoom readings, but cannot guarantee that it will always record. No refund will be given if this occurs.
If Kathy cancels a reading due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will offer an alternative time slot for the reading or a full refund.
