Readings: Terms & Conditions

Please note: All readings are for entertainment purposes only.

Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be booked up to 3 months in advance.
• Readings are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Sessions can be in-person or via Zoom.

Deposits & Payment

• A £30 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking.
• If the deposit isn’t received in time, the appointment will be released.
• The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before the session.
• If the balance isn’t paid on time, the appointment will be released, and the deposit is lost.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

• Missed appointments are non-refundable.
• If Kathy cancels due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative session or full refund.

During Your Reading
Kathy may end a reading without refund if:

• A connection cannot be established.
• Continuing could cause psychological harm.
• Aggressive or confrontational behavior occurs.

Important Information

• Kathy works clairvoyantly, clairsentiently, and clairaudiently.
• No outcome is guaranteed; free will can influence future events.
• Clients must be 18 or older.
• If you are receiving psychiatric treatment that may affect your decision-making, please discuss this beforehand.

Using the Guidance

• You are soly responsible for how you use any guidance, predictions, or spiritual messages from your reading.

Zoom Sessions

• Kathy does not provide recordings. You may record your own session if you wish.
